Welcome to HCC!
The Harlem Community Center (HCC) offers recreational, educational, and social activities for youth and adults living in Northern Winnebago County. HCC opened its doors in 1957 and has grown into a regional center providing services and opportunities to over 100,000 individuals each year through its sponsored activities, its outdoor recreation areas such as Project Playworks, Skateworks, and the Sports Complex, or hosting visitors for tournaments or parties. HCC is committed to providing a positive environment for individual growth while building a strong sense of community and neighborhood empowerment. At HCC everyone participates in our recreational programming. There are no residency requirements to participate in an HCC program.
HCC has three locations to serve the community. The Center at 900 Roosevelt Rd, Machesney Park, IL is home to the gymnasium, soccer fields, and administrative offices.
